At Embery Society, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, here’s how you can proceed with a return.
How to make a return?
Send an email to emberysociety@gmail.com with the following information:
  • Indicate the reason for the return.
  • Provide your order number.
Wait for our confirmation. We will reply with the return label and detailed instructions on how to proceed with the return.
Refund timelines and conditions
The refund may take a few days to process once we receive and verify the condition of the returned item.
Shipping costs
  • Errors or garment exchanges:
    If the return is due to an error on our part or a garment exchange, we will cover the shipping costs.
  • Other cases:
    In any other case, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs.
